A small forest of titanium vessels at 2am. Pushing for more work for the Plaza Art Fair in Kansas City this weekend.
Not 100% sure of the name for this new series, but I know the feeling it’ll have. Long ways to go, and a short time to get there. These are basically just the shells, details need to be made and added, everything cleaned up. Then I get to fire up the kilns for the enameling.

Fun stuff.

Teapot, I believe you’re done, and I think I’m happy.

This was a bloody fun piece to do.

It might be named “Need a Lift?” but I’m not sure.

Materials: titanium, vitreous enamel, sterling silver, copper, mixed media.

Dimensions: 6 x 6 x 4″

Made for the teapot show at Morgan Contemporary Glass Gallery (Pittsburgh PA), opening April 7th, but will be shown this weekend at Bayou City Arts Festival in Houston this weekend, and Art City Austin the following weekend.

Cheers, goodnight. Driving off to‚Äč Houston TX tomorrow!
